Mmmm…. got to try the food at South today, a new restaurant in Shoreditch where Mark’s mate Grimsby is head chef. Wondeful French grub - I had gratin of snails, roquefort and walnuts followed by Ragout of Ceps with some ultra-creamy mash and green beans, then the scrummiest pear tart ever made.
