So, I said I was going to write about the Atkins diet, so I will. Y’see, Gill’s back on it and, as I can’t beat ‘em… yeah, me too. Today at least. We’ll see. I need to lose a couple of hundredweight before Christmas.

Further to my update of the Caustic band webpages, I’ve now made all four audio tracks downloadable from the Cathy Ray pages (and removed that rather out of date bit about the CD being “available soon”). Hell, every time I listen to Lions are Drinking I love it more. Beautiful song, nice one Arthur!

Oh my, just checking last month’s weblogs. Seems that even this site has been caught up in the Internet search explosion that is the quest to find out what “that Prince Charles rumour” was all about.
