Old Testament is Jewish. JC's mission was one of reform. Christians who quote OT at you are missing the point, as I've pointed out on the doorstep more than once.

Also: interesting book Deuteronomy. It's a kinda rewrite of some of the first four books of the Pentateuch which was "discovered" in the Temple during a cleansing of pagan influences. This lost scroll is ascribed to Moses, but describes his death - which is odd.

But yes, religion is basically stupid. But then - so are people. Which is why the two go together like love and marriage!
