Robin Hood's Bay

We spent a very enjoyable five days in a caravan in Fylingthorpe, just above Robin Hood's bay in North Yorkshire. Greta and Lester booked the holiday (it was their honeymoon) and brought Lester's daughters Amy and Ashleigh, and Cath came for the first couple of days, and brough Beth (who stayed for the rest of the holiday). During our time there we visited the seaside towns of Scarborough and Whitby, as well as Robin Hood's Bay, and visited the Sea Life centre at Scarborough and the Ryedale Folk Museum (which, by the way, had the most relaxed feeling of just about any place I've ever been - perhaps it was just the sunny weather, or perhaps the open-air museum is on about 20 ley-lines or something).
